Linked Accounting Alliance
Stronger Together

The same firm. The same people.A much deeper bench.

Your accounting firm is part of Linked Accounting Alliance, a group of independent CPA firms that decided they could serve their clients better together than apart. You keep the local relationship you already have. Standing behind it now is a full team of specialists.

What this means for you

Nothing you liked about your firm goes away.

The change is additive. It happens behind your firm, not between you and your firm.

Same team

The people who know your name, your business, and your history are the same people. Your firm keeps its name, its office, and its own leadership.

Deeper bench

When your situation calls for a specialist, your firm no longer has to hand you off to an outside firm that has never met you. It brings in a colleague from inside the Alliance.

One relationship

You still call the same person. Coordinating the people behind them is the Alliance's job, not yours.

What we offer together

Specialists no single firmcould hire alone.

Specialty work usually means being handed to an outside firm that has never met you. Member firms built these capabilities together instead, so the specialist arrives as part of your team.

A valuation analyst, a former IRS agent, a wealth management team, an AI practice. No independent firm can carry all of that on its own payroll. Member firms fund and own them together, then put them in front of their own clients.

01

Tax strategy and resolution

Planning that happens before the year closes, and help when something goes wrong after it does.

Advanced tax planning

Proactive, year-round planning built around your business and your family, rather than a return prepared after the decisions are already made.

R&D tax credits

Identifying and documenting the research and development work in your business that qualifies for federal and state credits.

Cost segregation

Engineering-based studies that accelerate depreciation on buildings and improvements you already own.

IRS and state resolution

A former IRS agent on the Alliance team who handles notices, examinations, appeals, and collections directly.

02

Business advisory

The financial leadership a growing business needs before it can justify hiring for it.

Fractional CFO

Monthly financial leadership: forecasting, cash flow, pricing, margin, and the numbers behind your next decision.

Business valuation

Credentialed valuation work for succession planning, buy-sell agreements, gifting, divorce, and transactions.

AI advisory

Practical help putting AI to work inside your business, from the first useful use case through real deployment.

03

Wealth and family

Your investments, your taxes, and your estate handled as one picture instead of three.

Private wealth management

Investment management and financial planning coordinated with your tax picture rather than separate from it.

Family office services

Coordinated tax, investment, estate, and administrative support for families with more moving parts than one advisor can track.

Home lending

A mortgage joint venture for purchases and refinancing, with your CPA already in the loop on the paperwork.

Availability varies by member firm and by state. Your firm's team can tell you what applies to your situation, and there is no expectation that any of it will.

How it works

You never have to manage the handoff.

There is no new portal, no new intake form, and no new person to build a relationship with.

  1. Start where you always have.

You raise something with your firm. A question, a change in the business, a letter from the IRS, a decision you want a second opinion on.

  2. Your firm pulls in the bench.

If the work calls for a specialist, your firm brings one in from inside the Alliance and stays in the room. You are introduced, not transferred.

  3. One team, one relationship.

The specialist works alongside the people who already know you. Same point of contact, same expectations, same firm on the engagement.

Who owns this

Owned by the firms, not by investors.

Ownership
The member firms themselves
Governance
A board of member firm partners
Your engagement
With your own firm, under its own name

Linked Accounting Alliance is owned by its member firms. There is no private equity fund behind it, no outside investor group setting targets, and nobody in the structure whose interests sit apart from the firms doing the work.

That matters to you because it decides who your firm answers to. The Alliance is governed by a board drawn from member firm partners. Decisions about how clients get served are made by the people who serve them.

Each member firm keeps its own name, its own staff, and its own leadership. The work you receive is performed by the firm you engaged.

Where we are

A local firm with a national bench.

Member firms work in their own communities, with the same offices and the same phone numbers. The Alliance behind them spans multiple states, which means specialty knowledge, capacity through busy season, and coverage that does not rest on any one office.

Reasonable questions

What clients ask first.

Where to start

Your firm is your front door.

There is nothing to sign up for here and nobody new to call. If something on this page sounds relevant to your business or your family, bring it up with your firm's team. They know your situation, and they know who to pull in.

Same people. Same number. More they can say yes to.
