Linked Accounting Alliance
About the Alliance

Stronger together, on purpose.

Linked Accounting Alliance exists so that a small, excellent firm can offer what usually takes a very large one. Here is how that came about and what it changes for you.

Why this exists

The math never worked at one firm's scale.

Most accounting firms in this country are small, independent, and genuinely good at what they do. What none of them can do alone is carry a full-time valuation analyst, a former IRS agent, a wealth management team, and an AI practice on one payroll. The math simply does not work at a single firm's scale.

So a group of firms stopped trying to do it alone. Linked Accounting Alliance pools what no member could fund by itself and puts it behind every member firm's clients. The specialists are employed by the group. The relationships stay exactly where they were, which is local.

The result is not a bigger, more distant firm. It is the same firm you already work with, with considerably more it can say yes to.

What stays the same

Almost everything.

  • Your firm's name, office, and phone number
  • The person you call and the team around them
  • Your firm's own partners and leadership
  • Your engagement, with your firm, under its own name
  • Your firm's licenses, insurance, and peer review
What gets better

The part you were never supposed to notice.

  • Specialists in the room instead of a referral out the door
  • Capacity that holds up through busy season
  • Tax, investment, and estate work coordinated as one picture
  • Technology and security funded at group scale
  • A second and third opinion available without a second and third firm
Who owns this

Owned by the firms, not by investors.

Ownership
The member firms themselves
Governance
A board of member firm partners
Your engagement
With your own firm, under its own name

Linked Accounting Alliance is owned by its member firms. There is no private equity fund behind it, no outside investor group setting targets, and nobody in the structure whose interests sit apart from the firms doing the work.

That matters to you because it decides who your firm answers to. The Alliance is governed by a board drawn from member firm partners. Decisions about how clients get served are made by the people who serve them.

Each member firm keeps its own name, its own staff, and its own leadership. The work you receive is performed by the firm you engaged.

Where we are

A local firm with a national bench.

Member firms work in their own communities, with the same offices and the same phone numbers. The Alliance behind them spans multiple states, which means specialty knowledge, capacity through busy season, and coverage that does not rest on any one office.

Where to start

Your firm is your front door.

There is nothing to sign up for here and nobody new to call. If something on this page sounds relevant to your business or your family, bring it up with your firm's team. They know your situation, and they know who to pull in.

Same people. Same number. More they can say yes to.
